Returns Policy


COVID-19 UPDATE:

As a small business, we are able to continue shipping items whilst adhering to the current government guidelines for COVID-19.

All orders are shipped via a non-contact collection and delivery service.

Delivery

Currently delivery is to the United Kingdom Mainland and Northern Island only.

All orders will be delivered via Hermes courier service.

If you miss your delivery, Hermes will attempt to deliver your order again on the next working day up to 3 times before returning it back to us.

It is your responsibility to arrange any re-deliveries or collection from the depot with the courier if you weren't available for a signature.

If your order is returned back to us and you would still like the item(s) you will be charged for postage again.

Delivery rates are as follows:

UK: £4.99 Or £5.99 depending on the size of your order.

This will be automatically calculated for you once you’re order is in your basket and payment is ready to be confirmed.

Returns

We hope that your are delighted with your purchase but if you would like to return an item, please contact us by email at PampasBoxltd@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your request for a return. Items must be returned complete, with no damage, and with it's original packaging before we process a refund. We will not be able to refund any postage charges. Postage for returns is at your own cost.

Damaged items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us immediately at PampasBoxltd@gmail.com and do not dispose of the damaged item. Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item for us to make a claim.
