To be eligible for a refund, you must return the Products in the same condition you received them, along with the original packaging and any included accessories.

We will review your request and get back to you with a decision as soon as possible. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days of the approval date.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
